Two sided marketplace designed to make short, local gigs more accessible & trustworthy. Users who need help can post tasks with clear details like payment, location, and urgency, while others choose opportunities based on availability, ratings, and experience. Built-in payments keep the process simple, secure, and transparent from start to finish.
I led the project from early research and UX strategy through UI design, prototyping, and branding. The process included market and competitor analysis, persona development, user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity screens, and component systems. Alongside the product design, I created the visual language and brand identity to ensure clarity, trust, and consistency across the entire app.
Challenge
Designing trust into a fast-paced local gig platform required balancing speed with clarity. users needed to understand tasks, payments, and credibility instantly without overwhelming the interface.
Strategy
I structured the experience around progressive disclosure and a map-first hierarchy, prioritizing essential details like urgency, price, and proximity while keeping navigation minimal and intuitive.
